Pixl
Pixl is a lightweight teeth whitener app for Android and iOS devices. How to use Pixl? Once you choose a selfie photo, you will see some options below the image. Tap the “Whiten” option and place the finger on the teeth. Now, swipe on the teeth. Pixl will make the teeth look whiter instantly. Pixl doesn’t let you change the size of the brush. You won’t need this function because you can zoom the picture in Pixl. To zoom the image, place two fingers on the screen and move the fingers away from each other. What happens when you zoom a picture? The brush size will remain the same, but the teeth (and parts of the face) will appear more prominent. Pixl comes with an eraser tool. When you select the tool, the app will show the parts of the face you’ve whitened so that you can fix/restore their color.
Snapseed
Snapseed is a feature-rich and lightweight photo-editing application. You can use its Saturation tool to adjust the whiteness of your teeth. Open an image with Snapseed and tap the Tools option to use this tool. Now select the “Selective” option and tap on the teeth. Snapseed will now display a round button over your teeth. Swipe on the screen upwards and choose the “Saturation” option. Now, use the brush to whiten each tooth that looks yellowish. Don’t forget to save your photo else you’ll lose your customization.
Fotogenic
Fotogenic is a photo optimization app that has been designed for people who want to tune their bodies or make their faces look better with the help of software. Despite having a complex interface, Fotogenic won’t disappoint you. Using Fotogenic to whiten teeth is straightforward. You must select the Whiten tool by tapping on it and use the finger as a brush. Swipe the top/left/right/button on the teeth and adjust the “whiten level” slider as per your requirements. If you have accidentally whitened a part of your lips, you can use the eraser tool to fix this problem. Fotogenic enables you to change the brush’s hardness, size, and opacity. The edited image looks natural and good. You see the difference between the original and modified image by tapping on the round button displayed at the top right corner of the picture.
Pixlr
Pixlr is a photo editing application like Snapseed with a dedicated option to whiten any picture part. To use the Pixlr app’s “brighten” tool, open the photo, tap on the brush icon, and tap on the “brighten” option displayed in an overlay. Pixlr will now open the picture and show three options below the image – size, feather, intensity, and a slider. As in other teeth whitening apps I’ve shared here, you should use your finger as a brush and swipe in all directions on the teeth to brighten them. You can change the intensity or size of the brush by adjusting the slider. If you want to see the difference between the new and original image, long press on the photo.
Adobe Photoshop Fix
As the name suggests, this edition of the Photoshop application has been built to fix things. It is similar to Pixlr. To whiten your teeth with Photoshop Fix, log in to the app, open a photo and tap the “Light” option. Now, the app will display these four options – Lighter, Darken, Restore, Structure. Tap the 1st option i.e. lighten and use your finger to swipe on the teeth. To change the brush’s size, opacity, hardness, tap the brush icon displayed on the left side of the screen. Photoshop has many tools built-in. The only downside of this application is that you must be logged in to edit the photos. The Fix application by Adobe is not available for iOS devices. For some reason, Adobe had removed it from iTunes in 2021.
FaceTune 2
Facetune 2 is an award-winning application, according to its developers. It enables users to make people in the photo look better. Facetune is the only application that can automatically whiten a person’s teeth displayed in the image. Its auto teeth whitener tool works great. It ignores gums and lips and whitens teeth only. The app also allows users to whiten their teeth manually. Even after consuming 100+ megabytes of storage memory, Facetune will download some files when you tap on the Face option of the application.

In addition to whitening your teeth, you can use the above applications to remove blemishes, acne from your face or adjust the shape/size of the body part. Some of the apps allow you to change the color of your eyes, adjust the size of the nose, increase/decrease the height of eyebrows/lips, change the color of the hair, etc.
